I’m Claire, a Certified Nutritional Practitioner, Reiki Master and Light Priestess.
My personal experience with energy and natural healing from having many concussions and other physical manifested injuries, light the way for my passion and education of Energy Medicine. Through each client, meditation, reiki session and crystal encounter, I continue to learn more and apply it to my practice for optimal health of each one of my clients.
Clairessence’s aim is for deep energy healing on a metaphysical level to allow for release of energy blockages attaining quantum health and wellness.
Reiki
A non-invasive holistic healing method where the practitioner will place hands lightly on top or over specific areas of the client to transfer energy where the recipient needs most. This works on the energetic level and affects the emotional, mental, spiritual and physical aspects of a person. The former lower frequency will not resonate with the new higher one, and so the body will detoxify and release old negative patterns.

Home Harmonization & Remediation
We do energetic testing with a pendulum, along with
light crystals and energy movement, of external and internal sources of interference in and around one's home. This involves comprehensive testing of a house, apartment or living space, to find where and why negative affecting energies would be present in certain areas.
Then with the results we’ll do a clearing of all negative and unwelcome energies, then restoration of the home with
crystals and energy movement to eliminate the EMF present. We’ll also recommend ways to eliminate the sources that could also be affecting one's health.
Distance testing only needs to be done once.

EMFs (Electromagnetic field) influence metabolic processes in the human body and exert various biological effects on cells through a range of mechanisms. EMF disrupts the chemical structures of tissue since a high degree electromagnetic energy absorption can change the electric current in the body
Crystal & Sound Therapy
Every chakra has its own resonating frequency, so when an individual is out of balance or there is a blockage it may not be in tune. Sound healing plays the frequency required to get the chakra balanced.
In addition, every part of our physical and energy selves vibrates at certain frequencies, and so do crystals. We work with the vibrations of crystals that are resonant with the states the client is seeking to achieve by entraining their vibrations with the crystals. We also work with crystals to aid in the transfer of energy needed to positively impact our systems.

History of Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese word that means "universal life-force energy" and all life is formed from it. When one is ill or stressed, the amount of energy being used to sustain health is depleted in the body. Reiki entails a form of energy healing that is intended to promote balance in all living systems and initiates high-frequency energies. Many thousands of years ago, holy men possessed an understanding of our spirit, energy and matter, and used this knowledge to heal their bodies, balance their souls and lead their spirits to oneness. This wisdom was found in many different ancient cultures like China, India, Tibet and Egypt and was passed down in schools when each student was ready.
